RESTAURANT POINTS PLUS WEIGHT WATCHERS
NUTRITIONAL INFO, Calculator, Tracker
For visitors to this page that follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program you will find below the Restaurant Nutrition Values for over 300 restaurants and all the nutritional values. You will be able to find the new WW Points Plus values as well as the old WW Points values. All the Restaurant Menus are put into categories in order to help you find the Weight Watchers Points easlily.
All restaurants will show the original points values as well as the new points plus numbers.
The nutrition information for many restaurants include calories, total fat, saturated fat, dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrates and sodium.
After 13 years using the old POINT System, Weight Watchers has done a complete revamping of it’s weight loss system and the result is the new WW PointsPlus plan. Using all we know today about nutrition and the science behind weight loss, the new program takes the focus away from counting calories and places a high importance on other nutrients such as protein. The old WW formula required finding the calories, total fat and fiber to calculate the POINT value for an item while the new Weight Watchers program uses protein, total fat, total carbs and fiber to find the WW PointsPlus value. The new changes have been in development for four years and went through trials at the Medical University of South Carolina.
